Busy times at IComm

As a company last quarter, we officially joined the Cloud Collective, an alliance partnership of Microsoft Gold Certified partners.  We also began work on our Sydney CBD office on King Street, that was supposed to open next month, so our 5 new team members in Sydney could have a home base, and be able to show clients the power of a well set-up meeting room.  Needless to say, the office opening has been delayed (despite it looking AMAZING!), until social distancing measures are relaxed.

In Q2 we didn't have our normal Walk the Talk Awards, as we just did our year-end "Top Dawg" awards, one each to people in Sales and Ops.  But Q3 has been interesting to say the least, and we definitely had some contenders that needed to be nominated!

Despite almost our entire team working remotely 99% of the time (unless attending to a service support issue), we still had an amazing all-hands quarterly staff update on Friday 27 March, where Rob gave us a pep talk to help us through these tough times.  And of course, Adrian shared with us the top nominees, and this quarter's winner.

Joel Ulrich!

Congratulations Joel!  Joel started with us late last year, and has truly been a "breath of fresh air" for IComm.  He's dug right in, and absolutely become an integral part of our team.  Joel is patient and supportive, professional and has a fantastic work ethic.
